This post-masters certification is required by law in the state of Florida for any professional working with sexually dysfunctional individuals and sex addiction. When working with individuals with any type of sexual issues, the professional must have this certification or they are practicing illegally. The certification requires a masters degree, one year in class and 60 hours of supervision.
